Cancellation policy

If the tenant terminates the contract before the tenancy begins, the landlord is entitled to compensation, taking into account any costs saved. If the landlord cannot re-let the property, this compensation amounts to 80% of the rent. However, the landlord will make every effort to re-let the property.


In case of late arrival or early departure, the tenant remains obligated to pay the full rental price.


Cancellations or terminations must be made in writing.
