From what time / until what time can I arrive on the day of arrival?
Your holiday home will be available from 4:00 PM on your arrival day. Earlier arrival is possible by prior arrangement. If you are departing on the same day, we will need some time to clean the house and prepare it for your stay. If you would like to leave your luggage in the house beforehand, we will certainly find a solution. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 4:00 PM. You can specify your desired arrival time when booking.

By what time do I have to check out on the day of departure?
Departure should be by 10:00 AM. A later departure time can be arranged by prior agreement. However, if guests arrive on the same day, a later departure is unfortunately not possible. If you only need to store your luggage during your last excursion, we will of course find a solution.

Do toddlers and babies count as children or as persons?
Yes, please specify all babies and toddlers (0 years and older) traveling with you when booking.

When and how do I have to pay the tourist tax?
The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. For late arrivals, payment can also be made the following day.

I received an email asking me to check in online. What is online check-in?
All guests must be registered with the municipality of Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Grainau. For registration, we require the data of all guests, which is collected during online check-in. This allows us to prepare everything in advance and hand out your guest cards directly upon your arrival.

Is my dog allowed in the holiday home?
Your dog is also very welcome! He can stay in our holiday homes for €15 per night – but not on the sofa or in the bed :-). Simply indicate how many dogs are traveling with you in the "Optional Services" field when booking.

Are bed linen and towels provided?
You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. However, for an additional fee, you can add a linen package (consisting of bed linen, one small and one large towel) per person under "Optional Services" when booking.

What do the colors in the booking calendar mean?
Grey = available, red = occupied, half red/half grey = guests are arriving or departing. Arrival and departure are possible on the same day at our holiday homes.

The booking calendar shows that the holiday home is available, but I cannot select my desired departure date?
It's possible that your desired travel dates do not meet the minimum stay requirement. The booking calendar specifies a minimum stay for each season. If you are planning a shorter stay, please contact us by email or phone for more information.

Is a cot or highchair available in the holiday home?
You can add both options for an extra charge when booking under optional services.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, all our holiday homes have free Wi-Fi.

Does the holiday home need to be cleaned before departure?
No, we'll take care of that for you. Final cleaning is included in the price. However, we kindly ask you to wash your dishes and remove any major soiling before your departure.

Is there a washing machine?
Yes, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available and can both be used free of charge.

Is there a grill?
Each of our holiday homes has an outdoor barbecue area that can be used at any time.

Is smoking allowed in the holiday homes?
No, smoking is not permitted in our holiday homes. Smoking is only allowed outdoors on terraces or balconies with the door closed.
