The holiday home "Josefa" is in the Zugspitz town Grainau. It lies on the edge of the forest and has a wonderful mountain view. The house is completely equipped for max. 9 adults (+ 2 small children). Children are welcome guests. Pets are very welcome, too!
The house is surrounded by a garden and has a south-west terrace with BBQ area and 2 balconies. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. 3 bedrooms feature a spacious king size bed, one of them an additional sofa bed. The 4th bedroom features a 1.40 meter wide bed. A spacious living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a further dining table are located on the ground floor. You rent the complete holiday house with cellar incl. laundry room, which is accessible via an outside staircase. There are 2 TV-flats, WLAN, 2 car parking spaces and much more.

The municipality Grainau charges visitor`s tax per person and night. The visitor`s tax must be paid in addition to the rental price cash on arrival. (Adults from 16 years: 3.50 €; children 6-15 years: 1.50 €; children up to 5 years are free). Every guest receives a "Zugspitz Arena Bayern-Tirol CARD" guest card with various discounts for the free local bus and other reductions such as swimming pool, Partnachklamm, museum, etc.
You reach the center of Grainau with shopping facilities, the Badersee lake, the Zugspitzbad Grainau with indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and fitness center, the spa gardens, cross-country skiing tracks (partly illuminated at night) as well as hiking and cycling paths within 5-15 minutes by foot.
The holiday home "Josefa" is in Grainau directly on the way to the valley station of the Zugspitzbahn and the Eibsee. You can reach both in 5 minutes by car or by local bus. Hiking trails are in the very close.
